on a side note i saw the bts vid for the tower of voices and the skilling areas, kinda not what i expected for an elf city, would've liked to of seen somthing like lleyta but with more crystalline structures and achievement diary to go with.

From what I've seen, it's basically the maxed guild.

I've no-clipped into there at least 10 different times over the past 10 years. The walls changed from stone to crystal a while ago. I think they are going to change again, back to a fancier stone.

It will probably get delayed for months as Jagex wastes time sorting out whatever bugs Legacy mode brings with it.

Let's not count it out just yet. Mod Osbourne only showed a small portion and said it's more likely going to change a little bit before its actually release.

Newb there is no elf city in Outlands. If you mean that came with TBC its the blood elf capital Silvermoon. Silly straight boy.
