When I was comparing that site to the one I linked it wasn't coming up accurate at all (at least ~2 weeks ago). I assumed people were just messing with it and reporting bad combinations. The RSOF does the same thing in sense that players submit their results, but only one person has control over the original post.

I found this really neat program on Reddit called Alt1. It essentially puts an overlay over your RS client to watch youtube, solve clues for you, track XP etc. here's a screenshot of me using it today during the Citadel event:
