Now that the draw has been made here is the most important point.

The deadline for all matches in Round 1 to have been arranged and fought is 23:59 BST Sunday 7th August. This means that all matches must be arranged before Sunday 7th August (or a J-Mod will pick a time on Sunday 7th August) and then played by the end of Sunday 7th August.

Here are a few points to consider when arranging the matches:

Please arrange the time, date and rules, not explicitly stated within the main rules for Clan Wars, for your matches within the Jagex Cup forum. Create the thread with both clan's initials in the title, "MT v MK Com R1", as an example between the "Mod Timbo" and "Mod Kathy" clans.

All of the options within Clan Wars is up to the clans during the arranging phase except for the ones explicitly mentioned within the rules. If no agreement can be made, the J-Mods will decide the rules depending on how reasonable both clans have been during the negotiations. This will commonly be the default war rules, posted below, but may be different if one clan has made no effort to reach an agreement.

Be mindful of the other clans timezone if it varies with that of your own. If a decision cannot be reached before 24 hours before the round's deadline, a J-Mod will decide the time that suits both clans the best it can.

The Rules

Fights to be held in F2P 'safe' Clan Wars

There is no player cap

There is no returning

The match must be arranged, and played, before the round's deadline. (Current deadline for Round 1: 23:59 BST Sunday 7th August)

Arranging the games and the results must be posted in the Jagex Cup forum.

No one can enter the arena who is not on your memberlist.

Memberlists will be frozen exactly 24 hours before the start of a war and cannot be edited in any way either to add players or remove them.

Any disputes should be made in writing within 24 hours of the finish of the fight in the Jagex Cup Disputes thread.

This is a pointless argument. If you expect my clan to accept a handicap and basically tell half of our members that they can't fight because you don't think your clan can beat us, then you're out of your mind.

Is it fair that you got paired with us first round? Perhaps not. That's life. Suck it up and move on like CR and every other clan did last year.

Cuon is basically asking my clan to take a handicap cause he doesn't want to lose. Even making it later, makes it a semi-better fight. I'm fighting for my clan to have every advantage possible against a clan that would thrash us, whats wrong with that.
