Doesn’t work if your target is currently immune to damage etc

90 second cooldown

Degrading

Has 1,000 charges like the Menaphos sigils

Degrades on use like other sigils, 1 charge at a time

You can recharge the sigil by using Fortunate Components, 1 Fortunate = 25 charges

Why wouldn't they just say 100% hitchance?

 

Would this work with vuln/gstaff on non-magic styles // SWH while maging/ranging?

Regardless, would be nice to always have a debilitate hit when you're counting on it at rago & telos

Doesn't the sigil slot share a cooldown? Would people really rather use this sigil than Limitless?

22k per spec vs 180k per spec. I'd probably pay the 20k to vuln something or 100% hit my debil than use limitless (especially on iron)
