It's especially cool for those people who have 120 (and dont care) or 200M Xp and already have their Perks/Materials kinda sorted out. I'm personally gonna wait for 200M Xp before I start getting everything to level 20 but that will be pretty cool

Just siphon weapons instead of armour since the 10% chance won't affect your aftershock or p4e2
