Ores/bars cost to make t90/92 armors are probably going to be reduced.

My initial thoughts and useful info for the mining re-work: 

 

At Seren Stones I was getting

  ~165k-170k xp/hr with ava boost and crystal pick AFK

 ~ 205k-210k xp/hr with ava boost and crystal pick Constant Clicking 

 

You have mining "stamina" now that resets to max everytime you click. If it's maxed, your hit will produce green sparks, after that, it will produce white sparks until you are out of stamina (no sparks) or click the rock again for green sparks. 

 

New Earth and Song pickaxe requires While Guthix Sleeps and Birthright of Dwarves quests to make and is best augmentable pickaxe now. 

Corrupted ore rate seems much slower in the beta.

HEAT FORGE AND FURNACE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!

 

---Make t90 pick + augment
Un-augmented Crystal pickaxe
Imcando pickaxe
Blast fusion hammer ( buy at Blast furnace in Keldagrim for 1M)

 

Deposit ores/bars @ furnace/forge (can be noted)

 

Start to make an Ore box to hold ores while mining.
---Make Bronze ore box and upgrade as much as possible.

Reqs:
2 Bronze bars
2 Iron bars
2 Steel bars
2 Mithril bars
2 Addy bars
2 Rune bars

2 Orikalkum bars
 (Req 1 Drakolith + 1 Orikalkum ore per Bar---Hero's Guild + Mining Guild respectively)
 (Mining Guild Resource DG has Drakolith, meaning just go to the Mining Guild if you can enter it 45DG)
 (***IF you've completed HARD DG dairies and can enter the gated area in the Dwarvern mine Resource DG(15req) Do so and mine 2 Phasmatite ores***)

 

2 Necronium bars (1 Necrite + 1 Phasmatite ore per bar)
(Necrite Ores north of Uzer; Desert amulet to teleport)
(South of Araxxite Cave; Mine 2 Phasmatite Ores)

 

2 Banite bars (2 ores per bar)
(Pirates hideout Mining area, by Mage bank in 55+ Wild)
(*RoTM Glacor cave*)

 

2 Elder rune bars ( 1 Rune bar + 1 Light & Dark Animica per Elder bar)

(Dark Animica @ Empty Throne room)
(Light Animica just outside Lleyta past the dart trip-wire trap->leaf pit)

Useful mining items:

Pickaxe of Earth and Song
Magic golem outfit
Mining skilling cape
Luck ring / Ring of whispers (Sliskes endgame)
Quarrymaster Aura
Lava Titan
Rock-Crushing Scrimshaw
Perfect Juju Mining / Perfect+

It might take minutes, hours, or even days to get a single piece of the golden mining suit.  - - - Taken off the wiki page.

You need all 5 pieces of the Golden mining suit to gild a dragon pickaxe, to make the imcando axe.

if you plan on doing this, now is a good time to start working towards it.

I guess it depends on your smithing level as well? I remember you giving me the link to the website, but I was too lazy to calculate.

Superheat form becomes really useful for smelting/smithing now, allowing more afk time at the cost of either Ppot or Renewals.

Superheatform doubles the smelting speed of bars, and alllows you to get the same xp for smithing till 33% heat is reached

 

Smithing/Smelting useful items:

Blacksmiths outfit

Superheat Form

Crystal Hammer - Perks: Tinker3/Rapid3

Smelting Urns ( and by nature Urn enhancer )

Gold Smith gaunts-> Smelting Gaunts (changed; speeds up smelting ALOT)
