My Revolution is broken

So I can't see the yellow border that should denote my revolution abilities. What am I missing?

Yeah, you appear to be on full manual. So I don't know how abilities are being fired without your input. 

 

Out of curiosity, why full manual without any keybinds? And I'd strongly suggest heading over to this Wiki page and taking a look at their revolution bars: https://runescape.wiki/w/Revolution/Bars

 

Edit: Hang on! I just noticed the issue. See the little yellow button above your summoning bar?  Click that. You have your main action bar minimized.
