upgrading

so currently im using a t90 weapon with t 95 prayers and im looking to upgrade to either inquisitor staff or the t99 prayer, which do you guys think i should do first? i think it will help me a lot getting into telos and i can use it for the first 3 phases of rax (i do a decent amount of rax) wheras with the prayer its just more globally useful.
 

i do plan on getting both eventually but was just wondering what u guys would get first and why.

inq staff is probably a bigger boost to your damage assuming you can always make use of it.
