Herbert at 86 Herblore probably counts! Although Herblore is now my only 120 skill, if that makes someone who went a long time dry on that front feel better.

 

I don't know if I've ever had any real luck in any aspect of the game aside from this. The spoons have to take their luck from somewhere, after all.
