My favorite is called Dark Side of the Moon. Its basically Chocolate Ice Cream, marshmallow, and malty chocolate crunch. Its pretty wild! Link to comment

Yotuul Posted September 6, 2023 Share Posted September 6, 2023 I used to / should make more of my own homemade icecream. I would create a custard base (french type) that uses eggs in a custard that is frozen and then whipped into what is the french version. Due to the fat content, it doesn't need other stabilizers and can have less sugar. It's also richer. I made a mean mint chohcolate chip ice cream that way and it came out phenomenal. I even colored it slightly green and it looked amazing. Anyway, it's very time consuming but I should try again. Link to comment
