۶ৎ This is a topic where I will share some guides focused around helping you with achievements that may seem tricky or tedious, in hopes that it may serve you some assistance.

 

۶ৎ A lot of the achievements will be Comp, Trimmed, and MQC Related. I will update/edit this thread when I get around to adding some more guides. so stay tuned and let me know if there are any you would like to see.

۶ৎFirst Achievement to look at is Chompy Birds. You need to kill 4k in order to get the Chomp Massacre Achievement that is required for Trimmed.

 

۶ৎ As someone who thought this was going to be completely awful, for some reason I started to enjoy it after flowing through this smooth system. Took me a day starting from 800 with like 400 charges on my enhancers, so I assure you this is easier than it may seem. Do check if you have some enhancer charges, it will save you a lot of time and you may already have some, so activate it!

 

The Inventory Setup:

 

۶ৎ The setup as you can see, it is very simple. I misclicked a lot and picked the feathers from plucking, so this isn't needed. You can make some decent money if you pluck all of them but it's not worth the time.

 

۶ৎ Cannonballs and a Coil. I prefer this over a cannon as you can just 1-tap the ones further away with your ranged setup, whilst your coil will kill the rest efficiently.

 

۶ৎ I have 20 Ogre Bellows, technically 23 should be the most optimal but I just got lazy when getting them. You just need to go to your Quest Storage Chest near Varrock Lodestone; claim a bellow, drop it, claim another, and repeat. Then you pick them all up and boom you have loads of bellows. At the swamp, I put it on a keybind to fill easier with swamp gas.

 

The Gear Setup:

 

۶ৎ A very simple setup where the main need is the Ogre Bow & Arrows. I was getting a Divine Blessing from time to time so its worth to have Brooch equipped. A Lotd would of made more sense, and I don't think you even need to wear the Ardounge Cape. A Skadies moment

۶ৎ This video will explain where to place the Coil, and an overall idea of what is going on. Basically placing 8 of the Toads around the Coil (9 is what you're meant to do, I just did something I preferred) and constantly replacing them until I need to fill up some more gas and letting the coil do all the work. From time to time, I will kill those that are a little far away, but for the most part just focusing on grabbing and placing.

۶ৎ After doing ports for years, the last thing I needed was to obtain all the scrolls. I used to get one scroll every few days on average so it was really slow; but then I found out about Port Reward Enhancers and it is game changing.

 

۶ৎ The wiki doesn't do justice on explaining it well so hopefully this can make more sense of it. To keep it simple, what it allows you to do is reroll the special voyages, giving you a better chance of getting exactly what you are looking for. By using them I went from getting a single scroll piece every few days to receiving 2 scrolls a day.

 

 

۶ৎ A Port Enhancer will give you 5 charges, and can be bought from the Dungeoneering Shop in Daemonheim.

 

 

۶ৎ You then need to then go to Wythien in Prifddinas to activate them. Right click him; select Enhancers, select Toggle Enhancer Effects, scroll down and right click the player owned ports enhancer and activate all.

 

 

۶ৎ You may need to buy a couple enhancers at first as you need to max all the rewards from it. Once it tells you gotten everything, you can use your captains log to start rerolling your voyages. Repeat this until you get what you want.

 

۶ৎ This will be helpful for other stuff like trio voyages and clue voyages so absolutely make the most out of this. The enhancers are super cheap making this a must use.

 

۶ৎ Will share a video displaying the process of me doing this as a daily. Note: I am also trying to finish the outfits so I am also using this method to get some of those materials.

۶ৎ There is no real easy way of getting it this done so prepare yourself to spend a few weeks on the islands trying to get this.

 

۶ৎ The method you should be doing is making Shark Soups. Here listed below is all the stuff you will need:

 

 

To make the soups you need:

 

۶ৎ Golden Bamboo Bundle (Chopping Golden Bamboo and bundling them on Uncharted Isles, one of the easiest and fairly straightforward)

 

۶ৎ Sliced Mushrooms (This is the slowest thing to gather, you can get it off the uncharted isles but it makes it even slower, took me 2 days to get 1k sliced mushrooms off it so I don't suggest this at all)

 

۶ৎ Wobbegong Oil (I personally struggled to find lot's of fishing spots so I resorted to Transmuting, that I will talk about below)

 

۶ৎ Alaea Sea Salt (The most important as I used this for transmuting alongside ancestral energy which is why I put a flag on an island that had multiple mining spots so I can do this daily)

 

۶ৎ Shiny Tortle Shell Bowl (It is really fast to get but not afk which is why I did transmuting for this as well, but might save you a lot of time to hunt these yourself)

 

۶ৎ Having 1000 each of these things will give you 1000 soups; with the cooking outfit and using a portable could grant you more, which is HIGHLY recommended.

 

۶ৎ Roughly 1000 Shark Soups, considering you have bought the highest Commodity Sell Price Upgrade, will get you 102,000 Chimes.

 

۶ৎ You need a total of 302,350 chimes.

 

 

۶ৎ The thing that has made this a little easier for me in terms of being more AFK friendly; Transmuting, hence why I included Ancestral Energy in the screenshot.

 

۶ৎ 20 Alaea Sea salt & 20 Ancestral Energy will grant you 10 Oil.

 

۶ৎ 10 Ancestral Energy & 10 Oil will grant you 10 Shiny Tortle Shells.

 

۶ৎ I gathered everything from uncharted isles, and set my personal island to one that has 3 mining spots and 2 divination spots as I am transmuting a lot, so try get lucky with that.

 

۶ৎ Start buying the maps from Travelling Merchant to try find a really good island to put your flag on. 

 

۶ৎ Don't forget Taijitu, I made a mistake of completely forgetting about this because I thought I had more than enough. The best way to get these is using your supplies and going on small islands to try find treasure chests and Fortunate Orokami. Your luck can see you going dry for a while but this is the best way to get them. 10 chimes = 10 supplies, (if you have unlocked the upgrade that makes it cheaper); which if you think about it, is really cheap and works out better than buying the maps from the Dungeoneering shop for instance. You will also get a lot of supplies back from the crates on the islands. You may need an extra 10k Chimes to buy the supplies for this.

۶ৎ A guide on how to get your bait boxes! Fish Flingers is intimidating but don't worry it can actually be very fun and super chill to do, so let's go through it!

 

۶ৎ You need 3570 Fishing Tokens & 500 Medals for all the boxes. You can have up to 10 tickets at a time; you get 2 a day, and 1 extra from using a D&D Daily Token.

 

۶ৎ You roughly get 30-40 Tokens a game, and if you complete all the objectives; you will get 4 medals, but 8 if you use an enhancer, so check if you have those.

 

۶ৎ This video is a breakdown of how a run will go down. Ideally you want to be doing the minigame with a few people, 3 at least; 5 works the best. You will see me equipped with a fishing setup, but this doesn't impact anything during the minigame, so you're okay to bring nothing.

1. At the start, everyone needs to get their hint, the clues are super weird at first so refer to the table listed on the wiki to understand what clue you are given. It is either the Hook, Weight or the type of Bait.

 

2. Please, and I mean please use alt1 for this. It is so insanely helpful. You will see me using it in the video, just go to hints tab and put all the clues you guys have at the beginning.

 

3. You need to catch all 6 fish that are spread out in 4 spots. 2 of the spots will have two  fish each and it varies every round so keep an eye out for that by checking ratings at the top before the game starts so you are prepared.

 

4. For the other medals, you need to catch 3 big fish and assist catching 6 big fish. From the video, you will see the message in the chatbox and the animation on the water when you catch one; and when someone else catches one.

 

5. You will see me clicking "Cast" a lot. This is called Quick Casting and this is basically how you optimise catching the most fish. Every time you see the number of fish you caught go up, you press cast. This resets the animation and lets you catch fish faster. It's basically every 4 seconds this way.

 

6. Don't be selfish, if you get the combos quicker than others, let people know. If you get a big fish, a callout will be helpful to tell people to assist, and try assist even when you have already assisted with 6. I had a game before the one shown in the video; no one helped me on my last big fish, and no callouts for combos despite them getting it before me.

۶ৎ A painful achievement with a lot of different methods, so at the end of the day it really comes down to what you prefer doing.

 

۶ৎ I will underline the methods that I did and worked for me:

 

Agility - The Old Throne Room.

Construction - Dream of Iaia & making flatpacks in Prif.

Cooking - Was cooking sharks at any bonfire.

Crafting - Harps at Prif.

Farming - Turning Manure at Ardy Farm.

Firemaking - Burning Maple Logs at any bonfire.

Fishing - Fished at the fishing spot near Taverley Lodestone with Shark outfit set to consume.

Fletching - Made Maple Crossbow Stocks

Herblore - Cleaned Grimy Dwarf Weed.

Hunter - Handle the shark at Het Oasis catching whirligigs.

Mining - Seren Stones at Prif.

Smithing - Smelting Corrupted ore at Prif.

Thieving - Pickpocketing elves at Prif.

Woodcutting - Chopping Elder Trees.

Runecrafting - Making Blood Runes with Wicked Hood Teleport.

 

Golden Rocks:

 

Divination - Incan Energy.

Dungeoneering - Ed3.

Magic - Ed3 & Waterbirth Island

Melee - Ed3 & Waterbirth Island

Prayer - Ed3 & Waterbirth Island

Ranged - Ed3 & Waterbirth Island

Slayer - Tasks with Slayer Master at Lumby

Summoning - Making Beaver Pouches at Prif.

 

Tips:

 

۶ৎ Wear the skill cape for the rock you are trying to get.

 

۶ৎ Use crystal equipment for the rock you are trying to get.

 

۶ৎ If you are struggling to get the second rock, then change and do another skill. The 2nd rock can play hard to get so it's recommended to interchange the skills.

۶ৎ Imp & Lesser Demons - Karamja Volcano resource dungeon, I would set my coil up in the picture below which should target the imps. Use an aggression potion to provoke the Lesser Demons in the spot I am standing in as you try to get both scrolls at the same time. You basically want to pray you get lucky and get Imp scroll before the Lesser Demon scroll as the kills per hour is like triple almost for the demons. If you do get the Imp scroll before the Lesser Demon scroll, you want to move outside the resource dungeon to this spot in the Karamja Volcano, and camp there for the Lesser Demon scroll.

۶ৎ Goblins - The best option for this is to put this in the Player-owned Dungeon. I still have them in my dungeon, so if you don't have enough ushabtis, you are welcome to use my dungeon for this.

 

۶ৎ Skeletons - Lumbridge Catacombs, one of the easiest just stand in the middle of the skeletons in that room. They are already aggro so no need for a coil as it's a bit of an overkill.

 

۶ৎ Zombies - Chaos Temple Dungeon, another easy one, killing Armoured Zombies with an aggression potion; no need for coil.

 

۶ৎ Hobgoblins - Gnome Village Dungeon, need to grab the Cell Key from the crates then camp in the North-west room. Throw a coil in the middle of the cell, and its afk without the need of an aggression potion.

 

۶ৎ Giants - The best option for this is to put this in the Player-owned Dungeon. The spots outside of this are not very good. I still have them in my dungeon, so if you don't have enough ushabtis, you are welcome to use my dungeon for this.

 

۶ৎ Ghouls - Killing Ravenous Ghouls in the crypts of the Slayer Tower Mausoleum, not only is it amazing for Combat XP, but also a 15minute afk timer when you have a Blood Essence equipped.

 

۶ৎ Earth Warriors - Edgeville Dungeon, in the North top room; just need an aggression potion.

 

۶ৎ Jogres - Karamja Jungle near the crashed Gnome Glider, possibly the worst one to get in my opinion. I place my coil in the picture below, and stand on the right side with an aggression potion active. Spiders will also aggro you and do a lot of damage, so just let auto-retaliate do it's thing to kill them or your HP will disappear.

۶ৎ Aberrant Spectres - The bottom floor of the Pollnivneach Slayer Dungeon. Instead of a coil, use a cannon instead in the middle.

 

۶ৎ Banshees - The top floor of the Pollnivneach Slayer Dungeon. Killing Mighty banshees in the spot shown in the picture with a cannon.

 

۶ৎ Mummy - On the cliff east of the Agility Pyramid, shown in the picture. Use a coil here, and an aggression potion.

۶ৎ If you would like to get the Dragonstone Dragonstone Dragonstone Achievement - Let me know,  I have the full Dragonstone Set for which you may borrow (Just get the other stuff yourself as they are cheap and easy to get).

 

۶ৎ If you would like to get the Brothers in Arms Achievement - Let me know, I have all the weapons.

 

۶ৎ Menaphos City Quests - This involved completing requests from the citizens of Menaphos. Most quests consist of item turn-ins followed by a combat task. There is very little you can do to speed up the grind beyond keeping a large stockpile of commonly requested items in your inventory and Beast of Burden. For combat tasks, I used Ranged, along with various teleports and a Grace of the Elves linked to the fairy ring network to move around Menaphos more efficiently. I strongly recommend skipping citizens who want to become Slayer Masters. These quests require 3 separate combat tasks and are significantly more time-consuming than most alternatives. Fortunately, Menaphos City Quests can be cancelled, allowing you to get another quest from someone else when you receive an undesirable task. This is also useful for avoiding unreasonable item requests, particularly untradeable items that can occasionally be requested.

Overall, this is a lengthy and tedious achievement with little practical reward beyond completing itself. For all you achievement hunters, good luck  .

Edit: You do not need Arc Chimes for this, it uses the Port Chimes instead so you save yourself 100k

When you toggled the enhancers, are you using all of them and getting the message you have received all the rewards? the adventure reroll is like the last one so u need to have all the other stuff maxed first so you need to use like 20 charges at first or around there

Yeah.. I am not sure if this was a recent change or if the wiki page just got updated but when I was doing it, they made it clear that I had to buy it from the shop. Think someone mentioned about getting it from the ge recently so i guess so
