Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I quit when right before EOC came out and have only been actively been playing for ~3 months.

If you plan on playing and consider yourself "high-level" (like you said), then you really should do it.

I only leave the city to do slayer tasks, floors, or farm runs.

Also: Quests are not a way to determine if somebody is a noob. Rafi crushes you both in this competition. Within the past 6 months, a Black Dragonhide/Royal Dragonhide combo was his ranged armor despite him nearing 99 ranged.

My gear has consisted of a sombrero and short shorts. I'm devastated that you can't get a sombrero anymore (for my iron boner)

Edit: You can still get them but no treasure hunter crap on iron man.
