at the start menu select Mystery Gift

Select Via Internet

Ta-da!

 

To get Via code, repeat the above till you see the option to Redeem via code.

It's basically a giant glow worm. It also suffers from some of the worst typing a Pokemon can have, so it is pretty terrible.
