Current Meta Invention Perks in the year of Runescape 2020

Yo, I need to like get a handle on what I need component wise. Would you say the wiki's optimal perk setup is ideal? Any mistakes there? Any other recommendations?

 

Just looking for the Mainhand/Offhand and 2H perks specifically. I have everything else perked what appears to be optimally.

 

EDIT: And I guess I need the armor perks too, dang.

You really don't need P6AS1 on mainhand for dual wields, you could do AS4E2 on mainhand and P6 on offhand and that would save you about 53M according to the prices Wolf Eyes posted. Very small difference. If we pretend that every rank of AS/EQ/P is worth 1%, you're giving up 1% DPS on Flanking/while wearing shield.

Also you really don't need Ruthless combinations for general bossing, I see they have P6R1 as 36M.
