I concur with most of what Sledge has stated. With my main, I have been able to skill as much or as little as I choose to. I think that experience and time spent with the game allows one to figure this out. For the longest time, on my main, I have gathered my own resources and made my own way for the experience, and because I've enjoyed it. Now that I have progressed further in levels and skills, I enjoy being able to choose what I want to grind for, and what I want to buy.

It's a very interesting question to consider! The game can feel like it revolves around currency and the grand exchange a little more than I would like... when i got a Berserker ring drop the other day, I didn't think "ooh, Berserker Ring, Yay!", I simply thought, "Huzzah! $12 million!" So I can see where you're coming from for sure. However, I feel like I would go a little crazy if I could _never_ buy stuff from other players. Think things like arrows, ingredients for overloads, runes and rune essence... so, finding the right balance for you might take some time. Where I've landed is that I make it a point to try out all the skilling things and experience the full breadth of the game, but once I've done a skilling task a few times, if I don't enjoy it or it feels inefficient, then I just buy the stuff from then on. I'll be curious how you feel after a couple more months of experience w/regards to your play style!

Your play style is always your choice, and with a main account, you can modify it at any time if you so choose. That sounds like a reasonable way to play! That being said, you might consider starting an actual Ironman yourself, to enjoy the full experience without distractions or temptations. This is generally easiest to do if you either are low-leveled on your main to start with, or are very high-leveled and have accomplished most of what you wanted to. If you're still working towards major goals on your main, it might not be for you just yet. An Ironman account would involve most of what you want to enjoy, save that you will have to gather basic resources yourself. However, there are means of doing this with most resources that make it a little easier: various D&Ds and minigames such as Temple Trekking and Managing Miscellania, Slayer for a lot of drops you might not think about on a main account, etc. You could still play your main when your Iron frustrates you or if you just want to relax for a bit, and most importantly, you could enjoy Iron btw solidarity with your partner. I was somewhat disappointed... China has been an okay track normally, it was not down right horrendous or anything, but maybe I had inflated expectations since it had been so long since we raced there. Happy for Zhou tho!

What did you think of the track in china? I saw lots of stuff regarding how poor that track was maintained over the years

So my partner made an ironman account and was explaining me how it feels to play ironman. Also, i was watching youtube videos of how this game works/feels/plays and noticed that playing a normal account without restrictions is pretty easy. Actually, too easy. I was thinking about playing ironman like in where i work for/grind my gear/levels, however, i buy supplies from basic resource to skill up. For example, i buy herb seeds to plant/grow/harvest to level up herblore rather than buy the weed/potion. That way i keep my mind busy, am active, and experience the game differently? What are your thoughts?

I am always looking forward to F1 Weekend, but I don´t have any expectations for Miami in terms of good racing. In my opinion it is easily worst of the three races on USA´s soil ( Best to worst imo is Austin Texas / Las Vegas / Miami )

Are you all looking forward to the Miami GP? Its not my favorite track, but hopefully there will be some good battles. I'm hoping that Albon and the Haas guys will be strong this weekend and fight in the bottom 10.
