100% trust-based. Someone has to make the first trade, and assume all of the risk.

There's people who middleman the trades but yeah it's still a chance they could just take it. That's why you should use Murdoc` or one of the guys that transfers billions per day. To get a trusted person you're usually looking at about a 10% fee on it though.
