Trying to stay awake once again so I can have normal sleep schedule. ( Going sleep 10-11 pm and waking up around 6-8 am ). Runekone Posted January 6, 2023 Share Posted January 6, 2023 (edited) I normally don´t use any caffeine products, but now I am sipping some energy drinks. As for melatonin it seems that my body/mind cannot be even tickled by double pill of it. And then I have stuff called Mirtazapin that KO´s me for next two to three days...
