So i needed a new browser, and was told to try Chrome

when i maximize the window to full screen, this is what happens to my address bar. but if i leave it minimized, the address bar is fine =/

its like someone put a strip of black tape over it =/

uhh..any ideas on how to fix this?

also: whenever i tried to update to Mozilla firefox 12, or whatever the current version is, it would kind of do the same thing this is doing, but way worse, like the address bar, and the scroll bar, everything was black and flashing like crazy with Firefox. but with chrome, its just the address bar, and its like half of it is behind a piece of black tape, and its not flashing like it was on firefox.

If the button for "Reset to Default Theme" isn't greyed out, give it a go.
