I edited your post so that it showed as a picture. There used to be a guide on how to upload a screenshot, but I can't find it. You did right by putting the tags in, but they need to be on the same line as the url. And what you were linking to was a website, not the picture itself. If you right click the picture on that website, you can either "Open Image in New Link" (Firefox) or "Copy Image URL" (Chrome). I'm not sure what it is in Explorer. If you use Chrome and had to copy it, that's the link you want inside those img tags. If you're on Firefox, just copy the URL from the new window. Also, might I suggest a different image uploading site? Imgur.com is my favorite, but Photobucket.com and Imageshack.com are good.
