need a proxy i think?

I'm working tonight and would like to play runescape haha, I've used the internet before and somethings are blocked and I think i need a proxy site or server thing? if someone could help me out it would be great. not sure if runescape or the clan forums will be blocked or not but if it is id like to beable to get around it plus the other things I cant..

You could write down a few of the servers from here and try your luck with those by setting them up manually on whatever browser you use at work.
