This. The misguided hoards joined in with the saradomin scum. Lord Zamorak's forces are the most numerous faction of any god in Gielinor. 

 

And no, Zaros doesn't count cause the sonofabitch is banished forever, and Seren doesn't count because all of her followers are hippy elf fanboys and just happen to like blood elves way too much, so they don't really support her anyway.

 

Keep in mind Zamorak didn't lose by all that much so when it's Zamorak vs the world, Zamorak does pretty damn good
