Hey guys. I was just wondering if anyone here had any advice on how to actually contact jagex and actually get them to reply to you... I was recently permanently muted and quite frankly i went from loving the game to not even wanting to log on.. Not being able to socialize at all completely is killing all of the fun. I don't know if anyone knows how to actually get their attention but if anyone does i would love to know. I've sent like 16 or 17 tweets now in 5 days and not one reply. Also sent them a ticket i haven't gotten any e-mail... made a post on reddit no reply there... I don't even know what else to try. Does anyone know? I just want to actually be able to play and have fun again.

 

 

 

Oh ye! The best part of the perm mute as well was there was literally no evidence and it was a manual permanent mute. In other words i didn't actually do anything that they could put under a rule... Pretty much equivalent to me being a cop and seeing you and deciding i don't like you and just throwing you into jail and that being okay.

They don't even respond to the appeal process . I got reported for saying "pimp" hand (censored in the evidence).

I'm way past appealing. I appealed and was denied within like 2 hours. Don't know how i got denied at like 6 am since their hours i'm pretty sure start at 9...

And I thought we were unforgiving on my mobile game Least we have proof! See if you can find an email or someone who has an email for them and get in touch with them that way. Sometimes things fall through the cracks because they have a lot on their plate and you could have had a corrupt mod around.

im fairly certain that a few years back at least, that the tickets and appeals etc are all automated, i have seen people denied with the most legit appeals when jagex have genuinely got it wrong, there are also many, many appeals i have seen that are literally awful, some write songs, some people just put a full stop... so its kind of hit and miss as to if your appeals are even been read.

Well I am waiting for something to happen with a forum and hopefully get access back  for it. But if I do I might be able to better get in contact with a mod, if I get lucky enough with that I will surely pass a message along :>
