They don't carry over, but I do like how you can use Dragon Age Keep to customize your DA:I world to reflect nearly every decision from the first two games.

Mass Effect characters carry over. Go replay them so you can be extremely disappointed when you find out every single choice you made in all Mass Effects does not matter.

The games prestige option needs more to it, having simply +1 Willpower as a reward is stupid. I'd have preferred an additional skill bar as a reward instead. You guys play the multiplayer yet though?

Dragon age does it slightly different. Rather than transfer your characters over, it just brings your decisions which then affects the newest game. Each game has an entirely new character.
