% 99-120

I tried to calculate the percent you'd be at from 99-120 in any skill by looking at your xp if that makes sense. Currently going for 120 wc so I'd like to know for myself. I'm also bad with excel.  current xp 

But according to this 120 would be at 105m+ xp... what did I do wrong?

1% is 912,387.36 xp when discounting the xp for 99.

The in-game thing is stupid. That percentage is based on when you set the target level/xp.

So 99 will be more XP and 120 will be less XP than current skills?
