Haven't really decided what finish I'm gonna do.  I honestly didn't think they'd turn out well enough to worry about finishing, so I didn't plan that far ahead.

Great work, you should paint them and try to throw them at people, but not rattata/people. More like rare specimen people, like dragonite/people.

I finally found a finish I like for them today, I'll post more pics once they're sanded/finished!
