so ive had this happen to me lately where while im playing in game, i get random pms asking me if were recruiting. i dont actually know what to do. and i really want those people to join.

Our clan chat (The Gladiatorz) is always open for guests to join. So getting them in there is a good first step. Or just direct them to any key rank in game/tell them to google "The Gladiatorz" and apply on the forums.
