Since I got banned I've still been recieving daily emails from here and those are the only ones I can't unfollow since I no longer have access to those areas. Link to comment

I don't personally use the follow system but I find it odd that you'd be getting updates on stuff that hasn't been posted in for awhile now. Either way, I changed your settings for you. But as Sansa said, you can turn off your own notifications. You can even specifically just turn off emails and leave forum notifications on. Link to comment
