edit: at least I never got the ASR on my ironman, so all my rax killing was done with LOTD 4Head

but then again what do i know...i dont even know what LOTD  is...is it like upgrade Row or something

Nope, it's apparently been working this way since release.

That is exactly what it is. RoW was nerfed to only work for monsters within a certain level range. Luck of the Dwarves (LotD) is a new ring that works with everything.

Welp, I sort of built it into my rotation that I switch to LotD on p4 after I zerk so most of my kills were probably okay.

I want to make it known that on the only kill I did today in which I forgot to equip LoTD before it died I got a spider leg top.

 

Confirmed for instant leg drop if you don't wear the ring!!!111@@
