I used a half shield cert on a guy who was in the black arm gang, giving it to him instead of trading (my trade was restricted at the time). The guy then did not reciprocate. He said he dropped it on the ground, but there is no drop option, only destroy. 

 

Did I just get scammed by a guy in bronze armor?
