Not sure if the goal is to teach, but of it is, then this is a bad format to do it in. It's too fast and doesn't illustrate what any of it means. I fine slow, simple, and animated videos, like this one(will hyperlink), do a great job with the teaching aspect. If this is to entertain.. how boring.
