To start actually getting into killing teams, (soft) reqs are: Woodcutting, Fishing, Hunter, Mining, Construction 80. Might need higher to get accepted into teams, depending on the team, but I didn't add the reqs here, as anyone could tag along to learn it. Get levels later, if not there yet.

I have wanted to learn, I have all the required levels/ full woodcutting outfit,fishing outfit! plus parts and pieces of the gem golem outfits!

No need to worry about that. Very rarely are people just instantly good at something. It's something you learn and get better at over time.
