LOL, I feel ya.  I remember going for the cape back when it was first announced.  It was a great time to be doing it because there were forums posts speculating what tasks would be on the list.  One of my clanmates at the time was heavily involved with Jagex with the planning and a JMod was on the forum thread regularly updating it with their thoughts on what would probably be included and what was off the table.   As a result, many FCs popped up with the goals of knocking out many of the tasks pre-release.  I had most done when it released and earned my cape.   I lost it when Menaphos was released though and never regained it.   The souls you had to collect in that urn defeated me.

Luckily, it's only 110/169. many many souls are really easy, so like 60-80 are quick 10-30 min captures.

Ok, sounds like it may be easier to get that one nowadays then.  I think it was 110/120 when I was going for it.  I had around 80-90 done and was scrambling to find more that i met the reqs for.
