KennethR Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 Hey there Gladiatorz. So earlier today was going through facebook, and saw a photo I was tagged in from like maybe a month ago. I didn't feel very comfortable with how I looked in it with being a little bit overweight. I wanted to create this post to challenge myself and invite anyone else who wants to tag along with challenging themselves and motivate each other to whatever goal we are aiming towards. Be it a weight goal, nutritional lifestyle, personal best in weightlifting or run times etc. Currently I'm at 6'1' 230lbs Goal is to get to ≤200lbs / <37inch waist measured at the belly button Plan is a mixture of some simple HIIT at the park, mixed in with days of walking/jogging between 3-5 miles.
