FoolsReaper Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 So I know someone had a thread about your goals for the year. This is different, whats the one thing your gonna do differently this year? For me I'm not gonna eat ice cream every weekend :D. I recently learned during a nutrition class i was doing eating an extra 100 calories a day over a year period can cause 10lbs of weight gain and well I don't that. I look forward to hearing what you guys plan to change and wish you success with this challenge you've decided to take on! Link to comment
sammy00193 Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 I gave up on doing resolutions cause i have no self control. It was to go to the gym but that lasted all of 0 days. Now im just focusing on important things and getting stuff done Link to comment
