The blue boots in the f2p war setup for mages how do i go about achieving these blue Jordans?

the skankie boots or w/e they are called

one of the new f2p quest im pretty sure, think its the one that replaced an old quest, so if u do it u dont get the QP

yea its really short and easy to do and you get your first 10 boots or something close to that for free before you can exchange a ruby ring in for them.
