Can't delete things on Vista

I've tried everything I can to delete these files, to no avail. I went into Properties and set myself as Owner and everything else, and I'm also Admin of my computer. I don't understand. Can anyone help?

I got a couple of things in the folder deleted after I ended all the tasks from it. But these last two are hardcore

Man, I had so much trouble with that shit when I was still using Vista. A family member fixed it for me in two seconds flat, but I can't remember what he did. As he's currently deployed overseas I can't really ask.

So yeah. Totally useless post here, but I feel your pain!

Well to do something normally in Vista requires me to press "Ok" or "Allow" 4 different times in a row because "HURR DURR UNAUTHROZIAED ASSES DIS B NECESAERY"

Alright, so a full permission change has allowed me to move some of the items to the Recycling Bin, but I cannot Empty my Recycling Bin

Just one more. Shouldn't affect anything as it's just a User account, not admin.

Went into Programs and Features and uninstalled it there. Boy, that was a pain.
