i got a pretty funny recording on ts late last night but when i went to pay it dose not work... and gives this "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." message

i recored something else to test it and that worked but the one that i want to work dose not :/

also tryed to get it to work on itunes but it dose not :/

is there anyway to get this to work or is it lost forever?

Spoiler

Yeah try another video player. If not, try and convert the file (if that's possible i dunno) to something WMP can play and try that

Repair the .Wav File

4

Open your audio-editing software program.

5

Open the .wav file you want to repair as a "RAW" file.

6

Save the file in the .wav format.

7

Close the audio-editing software.

8

Play the .wav file to ensure that the repair and conversion was completed

A while back I downloaded an album in a format which Windows Media Player couldn't play, and I was able to use Miro to convert the files. I'd imagine you'd be able to do something similar, either by downloading Miro and using it to convert or finding another way to convert.
