Here are my rules:

1. You will literally start out with nothing on your person except for your skills

2. No using Untradables (no Lucky tassy, no fighter etc)

3. No borrowing items or Cash

4. No begging nor Money

5.The items allowed from your bank are the following: any quest related items to get into a specific location (e.g. sapphire lantern to go to tormented demons), task system rewards, runecrafting pouches, and anything that would

go on a toolbelt (in case of f2p competitors). You may not "upgrade" items for your toolbelt from your bank however (meaning no using a higher level hatchet or pickaxe than bronze).

It's way too easy to rebuild as a member who is maxed combat, let alone high total. This challenge would be a lot better (or impressive) if it were done "DIY" without use of the GE, trading, picking up other players' drops or items.
