Bit of help would be great

So I'm trying to get my account back as I forgot the password seeing how i havent logged in for along time. On the Runescape website everytime I try and go to the reset password option it keeps asking me for my email registered to the account and I have tried the only email accounts I have with it and it wont accept any, I had a look through the website and found an option 'reset password without email' and that takes me to the part wanting my fucking email, recon I've been hacked or something and seeing as I can't check my stats to see if they have changed? its doing my head in they always change simply stuff and make it annoying the nobs. I sent them an email telling them whats wrong but its like a 4 week wait for reply they say, anyone know of a way to sort this shit so I can play, Thanks.

I'm on the right tracks its just jagex taking a while to understand what 'my email isnt working remove it and i'll recover myself' doing my head in but im sure I'll get it. thanks nolan fella
