Washington and California do.

so those two states and colorado. Didn't know that early voting was limited to certain states.

In most cities, it doesn't really help. I know in Baton Rouge that the early voting lines were usually about two hours long every day. Historically, I always vote absentee, but as I'm no longer a student, I'm no longer eligible.

As much as I love to pick on Romney and the Republicans, that chart is extremely misleading :P

Romney actually carried voters with a college education 51% to 47%. In fact, the less education you had, the more likely you were to vote for Obama. Until you got to post-graduate level, which then skewed for Obama 55/42%.
