Alright I paid membership now I'm trying to do some slayer but I need an elemental shield. I have one but I can't wield my staff at the same time... is there a quest or someshit? every time I equip the shield it unequips the staff and vise versa.

Staves are 2h now. There are wands for magic now if you want to use a shield while casting. They're pretty expensive though.
