Actually a lot of people get those once they get all the scrolls for saving resources and the other stuff that they originally wanted. ( Especially the case since by the time you get 120+ dg you have a crap ton of tokens x.x )

Buy Broad Arrow heads from Mazchna (slayermaster at caniffs) & Turael (slayer master in taverly). Cost you 300k (50 gp a bolt) then resell at ge for 74gp a bolt. Gives a return of 456k (156k profit). Takes about 2min, less if you do it during a farm run like i do, do it once daily and will only work from 2 slayer masters i believe.  Repeat daily!
