Ice/Fairy Ninetales is so hype. its pretty strong typing;

 

Ice->weak to fire

Fairy->Resists fire

Fire is neutral

Ice->weak to fighting

Fariy->resists fighting

Fighting is neutral

 

2x rock

2x ground

2x poison

4x steel i think

 

Rock isnt too common ( besides rockslide )

just dont switch into an earthquake or poison/steel move and your set

The little sandcastle is called Sunabaa while the big one is called Shirodesuna. Both are Ghost/Ground-type.

Pre-evolved Bewear is called Nuikoguma and remains Normal/Fighting-type.

the fish is Yowashi is Water-type and appears to have the ability to change its appearance from its Single Form into a larger fish, its School Form.

It also confirms Alolan Meowth & Marowak. Alolan Meowth is Dark-type while Alolan Marowak is Fire/Ghost-type.
We also see the first bits of the antagonist team, Team Skull. Its boss is called Guzma and the girl is Plumeri

I dislike a majority of the mega forms. Most of them just look outlandish. They'd ruin a mega arcanine.

Why not have both? Mega Arcanine and an icy Arcanine and maybe a mega icy Arcanine.

 

Also, if Jynx and Bellosum don't get Alola forms, that's wasted potential.

^This.  They practically are island native pokemon based off their appearance alone.

 

Also I'm really liking Alolan Marowak.  Dark Meowth looks cool too but I'm curious as to if Persian will also be dark type/have Alolan form.

I want sun so bad now, loving the new take on gen1 pokemon. Glad they didnt decide to do the later generations, but that probably means future games will.
