Joshjrn Posted February 14, 2014 Author Share Posted February 14, 2014 While I appreciate the ire of those who run extreme hurry up offenses, it is becoming a bit of a farse. We have progressively changed the rules to make it easier for the offense to move the ball. If you allow the offense to get up to the ball so quickly that the defense hasn't had time to read the formation and make a call, defensive stops are basically going to become a matter of luck.
