Its that weird vest thing he is wearing, its apparently supposed to help with anxiety some pets get from thunder storms/firework/etc using the concept of pressure (I guess its comforting to feel like your being held/getting a hug).

Recently got one to try out since Link gets hella stressed out with thunder/fireworks. Still too soon to say for sure but I do think it helps a little bit.
